Electronics and Communication Engineering is a branch that deals in the designing, developing and testing of circuits which can be used in various fields such as communication, automobiles, medical equipments and space vehicles.

Some of the courses offered are Digital Electronics, Principle of Communications, Antenna & Microwave, VLSI, Integrated Circuits and Data Communication Network. An Electronics engineer has career opportunities in the fields of communication, microelectronics, embedded systems, RF microwave, networking and software.

It gives me immense pleasure to lead the department of ECE. Our college is one of the premier institutions, unique like a prism reflecting the manifold shades of learning and co-curricular activities. PSIT College Of Engineering, Kanpur is striving hard towards the goal of providing innovative and quality education with high standard to achieve academic excellence.

The very motto of our department is to provide quality education. The process of learning is extremely important in life. What you learn, how you learn and where you learn plays a crucial role in developing your intellectual capability. On behalf of my department, I welcome you to PSITcoe, Kanpur. Along with academic knowledge, PSITcoe also trains its Engineers to face the challenges in life by providing many value added courses to enhance their career prospects. The excellent infrastructure, teaching faculty of the best kind that is industry's best and ensuring quality education such as interaction among students, parents and staff, along with Training and Placement Cell, ensures a bright future to its students.
