About The Department

The Department of Civil Engineering at PSIT College of Engineering begin its journey in the year 2008 with the aim of producing high quality technical manpower needed by industry, R&D organizations, and academic institutions as per the mandate of PSIT Kanpur.

"Engineering is quite different from science. Scientists try to understand nature. Engineers try to make things that do not exist in nature. Engineers stress invention."
